1. Does this work recur regularly?

Think of similar tasks performed repeatedly, rather than a one-off project.

2. Can you describe the process steps and identify its owner?

You need to know what starts the task, who performs it and what counts as completion.

3. Do you have access to example inputs and know which are confidential?

Examples may be documents or records. Do not paste them here; just assess their availability and confidentiality.

4. Can a person review the output before it is used?

Especially before sending it to a client, making a payment or taking a decision affecting people.

5. Can you identify a measurable goal and check the current baseline?

For example, completion time, number of corrections or answer completeness. You do not need a savings estimate yet.

This is an initial pointer based on explicit rules, not an AI assessment. It does not establish financial viability, security or legal compliance, and does not calculate ROI.

How is the result determined?
  1. If any answer is unknown or missing, the result is ‘Insufficient information’. This rule takes priority.
  2. If all answers are known and at least one is ‘No’, the result is ‘Organize the process and data first’.
  3. If all five answers are ‘Yes’, the result is ‘Good candidate for analysis’. This invites further checks; it is not a promise of implementation.
